    HYDRAZINE HYDRATE METHOD

    One of the main manufacturing techniques of MMH is the Hydrazine Hydrate  method:

    MMH is prepared from reation of Methanol  and Hydrazine Hydrate at elevated pressure: 0.71.3Mpa(million Pascal) through catalytic treatment with Dichloromethane and hydrochloric acid. 
    MMH is removed by distillation from the reaction mixture in a low boiler fraction and this low boiler fraction is optionally subjected to a rectification.  
    Methanol andhydrazine hydrate were recycled through technological operation  and system control.
