    Made from Chardonnay grapes, is obtained through the Martinotti method after six months of batonnage.
    This is a dry and harmonious spumante with a pleasantly persistent froth, pale straw yellow colour and a distinctive, characteristic flavour.
    Excellent as an aperitif, it is also perfect throughout a meal.
    Best served in flutes at a temperature of 6/8°C.
